Poolside Perfection
Azucar at La Serena Villas is the perfect spot to enjoy a sunny afternoon poolside with excellent mediterranean fare and a setting that can't be beat.
Hot & Worth It
Sandfish is a newcomer serving up stellar sushi and original cocktails in the design district.
Try Del Rey for great cocktails and spanish small plates in a dark and sultry space. Definitely worth a try!
Truss & Twine: Stunning modern space devoted largely to a wraparound cocktail and dining bar. Craft cocktails and inventive menu make Truss a must-see if looking for hotspots. Best in the later evening.
So.Pa: For dinner. Request a banquette.
Mr. Lyons: For dinner. Request a banquette in the dining room for an intimate meal or the bar room for a more lively atmosphere.
Eight4Nine: Mod spot popular with locals. Good for lunch or dinner. Request a table inside as the outdoor patio is a little plain.
Uptown Design District's Best
Boozehounds is the famed 'Dog Restaurant' but it's so much more and perfect for group lunch, brunch or dinners
Birba: For lunch or candle lit dinner around outdoor fire pits. Large tables available for groups if you book early.
Workshop Kitchen & Bar: For James Beard meets hipster beard. Modern and gorgeous. Bookings are essential. For groups of 8 or more, call Julia at (267) 797-0939, otherwise Opentable.
1501 Uptown Gastropub is a solid, friendly spot right next to the Arrive hotel. Grab a seat at the u-shaped bar or reserve a table by the windows.
Mexican Flavor
Blue Coyote: Lunch or dinner with very strong margaritas! The fish tacos are amazing and so are the outdoor tables right on Palm Canyon. Best Mexican in the city! El Patio just opened. We haven't tried it but it looks authentic and lovely. We've heard good things but let us know how your experience is!
Vegetarian & Vegan
Mod Cafe is the new sister restaurant to the popular Palm Springs eatery Palm Greens Cafe.
Palm Green's Cafe is a casual standard for veggie and vegan fare but also has options for meat eaters.
Native Foods Cafe's all vegan menu is so good even your carnivorous friends will enjoy a lunch there

Palms at Park Villa has seating for 6 at the large outdoor dining table, and seating for an additional 4 people at a smaller outdoor dining table. If more seating is desired, the two smaller outdoor tables can be combined with the main indoor or outdoor dining table at the villa.
5 Palms Estate has seating for 8 at the outdoor dining table and an additional in-pool dining table with seating for 4.

When you arrive, you can swing by to pick up your packages.

There is a large wall-mounted HDTV in the Living Room of each villa as well as wall-mounted HDTVs in each bedroom with basic channels.
Hooking Up Your Devices to the TV / HDMI It's very straightforward to hook up the Living Room TV to any HDMI device e.g. your laptop. Just unplug the HDMI cable from the cable box and plug it into your device. The cable box sits on a small table beneath the wall mounted TV so it's very easily accessible and you can place your laptop on that same table.

As a convenience to our guests, we offer optional daily housekeeping during your stay. Our housekeeping team will spend approximately two hours per house booked and the service includes making of beds, cleaning of hard surfaces, dishes and general cleanup.
