As soon as we purchased our lots in central Palm Springs from the Bob Hope estate, we set out to build a Palm Springs vacation rental concept that brings together the best of a luxury hotel like the Four Seasons and the privacy and exclusivity that only a high end Palm Springs vacation rental can afford guests. Every single bedroom at all three of our villas has an en suite private bathroom and door to the outside. Each house has a powder room as well.

Every luxury villa at Palms at Park features a private pool for swimming, relaxing and soaking up the desert sun and unobstructed views of the Palm Springs mountain ranges. Our pools are all saltwater and each one features not only deeper areas for swimming and floating but also wet decks and baha shelves with in-pool furniture. Panoramic Mountain Views
Because each of the rentals at Palms at Park was built from scratch to be the perfect Palm Springs luxury rental home, we were able to orient these architectural residences to take advantage of sweeping views of Palm Springs’ famous San Jacinto mountain range. During much of the year, you’ll see snow-capped peaks while sipping a salt rimmed glass poolside. By night, careful observers can spot the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway as it makes its way up and down that dramatic mountain backdrop.
Close to Downtown
Palm Springs is a city known not only for its iconic architecture but also as a long-time exclusive enclave for some of Hollywood’s most renowned celebrities, both in the past and today. Palms at Park was built on land purchased directly from one of them — namely, Bob Hope — and he most certainly had a keen sense of where to be in town. Located just minutes from busting downtown Palm Springs yet blissfully removed in one of the city’s most historic and iconic central neighborhoods, you’ll enjoy stunning architecture, wonderous walking and, most of all, the convenience of being a stone’s throw from everything that Palm Springs has to offer.

Great for Groups
With en suite bathrooms in every bedroom in every house, the properties at Palms at Park are the perfect luxury Palm Springs vacation rentals for large groups. Our three homes are 5, 5 and 6 bedrooms respectively. Every room functions like a luxury guest suite that you would find in a luxury Palm Springs hotel, complete with oversized private bathroom and a sliding door to the outside. Our homes are all adjacent so — although completely private luxury rentals when rented separately — some sets of groups choose to rent more than one of our side-by-side luxury Palm Springs vacation rentals.
Prestigious and Private
All three of our luxury homes offer guests the utmost in privacy and discretion. All properties feature a large sliding auto gate at the street as well as an enclosed garage with Tesla charger. Each luxury villa is walled, gated and hedged on every side.
